A record 40,000 beauty professionals attended the International Salon & Spa Expo (ISSE), in Long Beach, California, last Jan 30-Feb. The exposition - produced by the Professional Beauty Association (PBA), featured a wide array of educational opportunities and 397 exhibitors.
