The ‘bob’ is back in fashion.

In a throwback to the late 80s – when Linda Evangelista chopped off all her hair and was promptly cancelled from all the important runway shows – to the early 90s when ‘the bob’ ruled supreme and women everywhere were copying her style, stylists and designers have embraced it full-force for 2007.

At the Jay McCarroll show in New York they cut and shaped wigs to create architecture, and added a halo fringe to frame the face – an edgy, asymmetrical, B52’s-inspired look from the 60s.
